Hi, I’m Rachel,

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner, with over 1,450 coaching hours and clients in 26+ countries.

I work with senior leaders across technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, and the nonprofit sector who are navigating high-stakes, global environments where the expectations are high, the feedback is sparse, and the rules for advancement are rarely stated directly.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades as a senior leader in digital marketing and Martech, managing complex client relationships for global brands including Tory Burch, Lands' End, and TIAA Bank.

I understand firsthand the unique pressures that today’s leaders face and how easy it is for capable, thoughtful leaders to be underestimated when the criteria for advancement are implicit, and feedback is vague.

I offer an alternative to feeling stuck and frustrated.

My approach is solution-focused and evidence-based. 

Instead of telling you what to do or prescribing behavior changes that feel uncomfortable, we work to uncover the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that are quietly shaping your choices, often without your awareness. When those become visible, you can begin to make conscious, strategic decisions about how you lead, communicate, and engage.

Background: 20+ years as an executive-level leader in digital marketing and Martech. 6 years of startup experience, and 5 years in tech.

My Experience

Most of my corporate career was in Martech and digital marketing. While other marketers preferred splashy, expensive ad campaigns, I like numbers, data, Excel spreadsheets, and AB testing. I like reviewing performance, iterating on the offer, and improving performance. 

In 2017, I was looking for a way to connect more quickly and authentically with my clients and project team members. A friend who's a therapist suggested coaching.

In coaching, I found a way to improve human performance.

Far from the touchy-feely, navel-gazing experience I expected, I found something that was structured, goal-focused, and evidence-based.  As I began my journey, it became clear that my best clients were people who appreciate what I appreciate about coaching, people who want to be more efficient and effective, and who don't have time to waste.
