Hi, I’m Rachel,
Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades leading teams across digital marketing and Martech for global brands including Tory Burch, Lands' End, Skype, and TIAA Bank. I’ve seen, first hand, the unique pressures of today’s leaders and how performance expectations shift as roles become more strategic. Finally, I know how easy it is for capable, thoughtful professionals to be underestimated when the rules are implicit, and feedback is vague.

My coaching program is designed exclusively for high-achieving professionals who don’t have time to waste, people who want a solution authentic to them, not generic advice that is hard to action.
We begin by defining the outcome you’d like to achieve and any current barriers to success. During coaching, we’ll explore what is possible and translate those insights into action. Next, we review what’s working, what’s not, and refine in real time. This keeps the process both data-driven and human-centered.
You will find my coaching style is collaborative and strengths-oriented, but also structured and direct.
Once we define success, we’ll partner to develop a strategy to achieve it.

My Experience
Most of my corporate career was in Martech and digital direct response marketing. While other marketers preferred splashy, expensive ad campaigns, I like numbers, data, excel spreadsheet, and AB testing. I like reviewing performance, iterating on the offer, and improving performance.
In 2017, I was looking for a way to connect more quickly and authentically with my clients and project team members. A friend who's a therapist suggested coaching.
In coaching, I found a way to improve human performance.
Far from the touchy-feely, navel-gazing experience I expected, I found something that was structured, goal-focused, and evidence-based. As I began my journey, it became clear that my best clients were people who appreciate what I appreciate about coaching, engineers, project managers, and financial leaders. People who want to be more efficient and effective and who don't have time to waste.
